The HLX Power Management Control mount plates take power management concerns away from the camera, and provide a “hot swappable” platform between on-board and block battery/AC mains, while providing transparency to the AC on set. The mount plate system uses a standard 4-pin XLR cable, and has an integrated color OLED, PD Pro, 2pin 12v and 3pin 24v RS.
The on-board LCD monitors input percentage/voltage of the power sources, as well as current draw of the entire camera setup.
The HLX-VEN-GP2 mounts onto Sony Venice as v-mount and has a G-mount front. It supports Helix/Ultra packs, G-Mt +, and standard 14v batteries.
